HAYLOU Flowbuds N55 Troubleshooting Guide
Can't Connect Your Earbuds to the HAYLOU App?
If your HAYLOU Flowbuds N55 won't connect to the HAYLOU App, don't worry. In most cases, the issue can be resolved with a few simple steps.
Follow the guide below to restore the connection.
Step 1: Make Sure the Earbuds Are Connected via Bluetooth First
Before connecting to the HAYLOU App, your earbuds must first be paired with your phone through the Bluetooth settings.
Open your phone's Bluetooth settings.
Pair and connect your HAYLOU Flowbuds N55.
Open the HAYLOU App.
Select Flowbuds N55 and choose the matching device (MAC address) to complete the connection.
Tip: In most cases, following this sequence will successfully connect the earbuds to the app.

Step 2: Bluetooth Is Connected, but the App Can't Find the Earbuds
If your phone is already connected to the earbuds but the HAYLOU App cannot detect them:
Place both earbuds back into the charging case.
Close the lid for a few seconds.
Open the charging case and take the earbuds out again.
The earbuds will begin broadcasting again, allowing the HAYLOU App to reconnect automatically.
Step 3: Remove and Add the Device Again
If the problem persists:
Turn off Bluetooth inside the HAYLOU App (if applicable).
Delete the current device from the app.
Turn your phone's Bluetooth off and back on.
Search for and add the Flowbuds N55 again.
Refreshing the Bluetooth connection often resolves temporary pairing issues.

Step 4: Check Whether the Earbuds Are Discoverable
If the app still cannot detect your earbuds:
Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
Select Forget or Remove the Flowbuds N55.
Return to the HAYLOU App.
Search for the earbuds again.
This step helps verify whether the earbuds are broadcasting normally and available for pairing.

Step 5: Reset the Earbuds
If none of the above steps resolve the issue, perform a factory reset.
Place both earbuds inside the charging case.
Keep the charging case lid open.
Press and hold the button on the charging case for approximately 15 seconds.
Wait for the reset to complete.
Pair the earbuds with your phone again and reconnect them in the HAYLOU App.
A factory reset clears previous pairing information and restores the earbuds to their default settings.
Step 6: Update the HAYLOU App
If you're using an Android device, make sure you're running the latest version of the HAYLOU App from Google Play.
Version 1.5.5 includes improvements that resolve a known issue where the app may appear to connect successfully but fails to establish a stable connection.
After updating the app:
Close the HAYLOU App completely.
Reopen the app and try connecting your Flowbuds N55 again.
If the issue still persists, please submit a feedback log through the HAYLOU App. This log helps our technical team identify the cause of the problem and provide a faster solution.
