Once the returned item arrives back in Haylou's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window. Purchased and received the Solar Ultra. The watch appears promising as advertised however am unable to register on the Haylou Fun App. Downloaded the app but it will not send me a link to register. Unfortunately the majority of functions such as setting the correct time requires the app. So for now the watch is useless, including customer service tech support. They keep telling me to use the app to synch, which of course I can't open.
Tried the Haylou watch app as well. Here the app does open but will not pair with the watch. Again useless to me. Appreciate any recommendations. The problems are all with the App, not the watch. However one won't work without the other. By the way I am using IOS.
I purchased a Haylou Solar Ultra watch from their official store on AliExpress over 16 days ago, and I still have not received it. The item was supposed to be delivered by September 28th, yet nothing has arrived.
What makes this worse is their customer service — completely useless. Every time I reach out to ask why my watch hasn’t been delivered, the only response I get is “be patient, be patient.” That’s not customer service, that’s brushing customers off.
It feels like they take your money and then disappear. No updates, no proper support, no accountability. I regret trusting this brand and their store, and I strongly advise others to avoid buying anything from them unless you want the same frustrating experience.
