Once the returned item arrives back in Haylou's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window. Message notification permission needs to be enabled in the APP and the watch must be kept connected with the APP.
It can meet daily waterproof needs and can be worn and used during workouts, rainy days and hand washing; but do not wear for swim, shower, sauna, surfing and other high-speed water activities. (Damage caused by immersing the device in liquid when used in an inapplicable scenario is not covered by the warranty).

For incoming call in Haylou Solar Neo, the name doesn't show. How to enable that?
Great product! Didn't expect to get such a great product for such a low price. Unfortunately the default smart face (factory default) cannot be deleted or changed to a watch face of your choice.

In general a good product. Greek messeges are not recognized.
Watch faces are loading slow and they are limited only in application (even though they are plenty).
Can't delete default watch faces. So there's room only for one extra each time.
