We continuously improve product performance and connection stability through firmware updates. If you experience difficulty connecting your earbuds with the HAYLOU App after initial pairing, updating the firmware can help ensure the best experience.

Update Firmware Through the HAYLOU App

Before updating:

● Make sure your Flowbuds N55 are connected to your phone via Bluetooth.

● Keep both earbuds inside the charging case and keep the lid open during the update process.

Steps:

1.Open the HAYLOU App.
2.Tap Connect and allow the app to search for your earbuds.

3.If a new firmware version is available, follow the instructions to complete the OTA update.

4.After updating, reconnect your Flowbuds N55 to the app.
