To use advanced features for gaming earbuds, please install the driver on your computer:

（1）Visit the official website: www.haylou.com (or scan the QR code in the manual)
（2）Navigate to the Support menu and select Help Center to access the support page.

（3）Scroll down to locate the HAYLOU HexStorm G1 section, then click Download to obtain the driver.

（4）Once the download is complete, install the driver and restart your computer to ensure proper setup.

（5）After restarting, you can configure and use all features.

Note: Please ensure the corresponding switches are enabled in the settings for proper functionality.
