Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase (Only for Haylou registered users). Once the returned item arrives back in Haylou's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. Returns must include all accessories Items must include original packaging For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs For non-quality related warranty claims, Haylou refunds the cost of the product itself Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through Haylou's online stores, please contact retailers for refunds. For quality-related issues, please see below.

The watch is especially made for sports. Easily check information with the 1.69" large touch control display.
1.Please download the Haylou Fun app(it could be downloaded from Google Play) to register and log in.
2.Use the scan button on the home page of the app, to scan the QR code on the smartwatch.
3.Confirm the connection on the watch. Then the smartwatch is connected to the phone.
For the heart rate sensor, you can set it to test all day or test if you want to know the rate.
The setting is located in the Haylou Fun App - Home - My Smart Device - Click on My Device - Heart Rate Monitor - Automatic/Manual
For blood oxygen, you can always test them if you want to know.
For the heart rate and blood oxygen data, the curve is on the Haylou Fun APP - home page. The maps are on the home page.

1.Built-in watch faces: Long press the display on the watch, swipe right to pick a watch face.
2.On line watch faces/ Custom: In Haylou Fun app--Home page--My smart device--my device--Dial setting---Online watch faces/Custom dial. Then choose the picture you like to set as the picture and synchronize the picture on the smartwatch.
Please don't wear to go swimming or take a shower.
