Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase (Only for Haylou registered users). Once the returned item arrives back in Haylou's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. Returns must include all accessories Items must include original packaging For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs For non-quality related warranty claims, Haylou refunds the cost of the product itself Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window. It takes us one day to two weeks to complete your order or notify you of missing products from your request.

In most cases, we ship your order asap and backorder out-of-stock products at no additional shipping costs to you. Our web-shop does not show live, available inventory. (Read our ‘Backorder Policy’ for further detail.)

For urgent orders, please pay for your order and include a message — located in the shipping address section — that explains your urgency or request for expedited shipping. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
