Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase (Only for Haylou registered users). Once the returned item arrives back in Haylou's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through Haylou's online stores, please contact retailers for refunds. For quality-related issues, please see below.

It takes us one day to two weeks to complete your order or notify you of missing products from your request.
In most cases, we ship your order asap and backorder out-of-stock products at no additional shipping costs to you. Our web-shop does not show live, available inventory. (Read our ‘Backorder Policy’ for further detail.)
For urgent orders, please pay for your order and include a message — located in the shipping address section — that explains your urgency or request for expedited shipping. We will try our best to accommodate your request.

2.1 Rule out audio source issues: Try different music/video files to confirm if the problem is with the audio itself; 2.2 Keep away from devices with strong electromagnetic interference (such as routers and induction cookers), as these environments can cause abnormal signal transmission; 2.3 Switch to AAC/SBC decoding for testing; 2.4 Restore factory settings. If noise persists, record an audio sample and contact after-sales service for testing (to rule out speaker malfunction).
3.1 Confirm your phone's operating system version is compatible (Android 9.0+/iOS 13.0+), and update the Haylou Sound app to the latest version; 3.2 Close and reopen the app, or restart your phone's Bluetooth; 3.3 Clear the app cache (Android: Settings → Apps → Haylou Sound app → Storage → Clear cache; Apple: Uninstall and reinstall); 3.4 Disconnect the headphones from your phone's Bluetooth connection, re-pair them, and then connect to the app again.
The antibacterial ear caps are detachable. They can be washed with warm water and a neutral detergent (such as soapy water), dried, and reused. Avoid contact with organic solvents such as alcohol and disinfectants (which will corrode the material).

What is Lorem Ipsum?
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
Why do we use it?
It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
